1 AdaptIQ Quick Reference Guide
1.1 Summary
The Quick Reference Guide is designed to help you navigate and understand the AdaptIQ software. The guide will offer a high-level view of the AdaptIQ software and provide a description of key elements that AdaptIQ has to offer.
The AdaptIQ Quick Reference Guide is a short summary of the AdaptIQ User Guide (Version 8.12.1).
2 Dashboard
2.1 Overview
The Dashboard provides you with a site wide overview of storage levels and movement information. Once logged into AdaptIQ the Landing Site will be set by default on the Dashboard Page, dependent on your user permissions setting.
The page is divided into four panels, each providing site metrics broken down into Overview / Volumes by Filter / Movements / Storage Vs Calculated Levels
The data is dependent on which Tank Filter is selected
2.2 Dashboard: Tank Filter

Select the Tank Filter using the Tank Filters drop down menu, in the top navigation bar.
For users with access to more than one site the Tank Filter, will contain All Tanks, and the list specific sites you have permission to access.
Select an individual site from the Tank Filter to display a single sites metrics |

This panel is located at the top left corner of the page. The Overview panel lists the following information To view the details of the notification Click the name of the transaction to open and view the details of each transaction.

2.4 Dashboard: Volumes by Filter

This panel is located at the top right corner of the page. The Volumes by Filter presents a breakdown of product levels per tank in the form of a column chart. The horizontal axis represents the Tank Filters By default, the site's main product is displayed. In sites with multiple products, you can change between them through the drop-down menu to the right in the Farm Volumes Panel. |

2.6 Dashboard: Storage Vs Calculated Levels

This panel is located at the bottom right of the page It displays the volume of the main product stored in the selected Tank Filter over the last 14 days. The orange colour represents the measured storage levels, as recorded by Tank Gauges, Manual Dip ..etc, while the blue colour represents the calculated storage values derived from the In/Out transactions volumes |
