1 AdaptFMS Overview
In this Document we will be outlining the basic overview of the AdaptFMS and the visualization of the data we get from the AdaptMAC hardware devices to the AdaptIQ software.
AdaptFMS fuel management system allows your business to track your entire fuel and lubricant chain in real time from delivery to consumption using the fuel management system (FMS). VERIDAPT’s platform monitors, controls and authorises the use of products at every stage of the supply chain by providing inventory and transactional transparency
AdaptMAC, VERIDAPT’s hardware integrates with hydrocarbon infrastructure on site to monitor and control the flow of your products. The hydrocarbon management system aggregates data from field devices, such as tank level gauges, PLCs, flow meters, etc., and presents the data in a meaningful format for reporting and internal analysis and improvement. All this data is accessible in our secure, central web application – AdaptIQ
AdaptIQ VERIDAPT’s software application records important information about products & resources in a business or supply chain. Offering real-time data visibility. Within the application a user can monitor all storage levels, inflow and outflow transactions records, create alarms, create field and application user access permissions and create reconciliation and stock on hand reporting via a secure web browser.

2.1 Summary
The Quick Reference Guide is designed to help you navigate and understand the AdaptIQ software. The guide will offer a high-level view of the AdaptIQ software and provide a description of key elements that AdaptIQ has to offer.

![]() |
The Dashboard provides you with a site wide overview of storage levels and movement information. Once logged into AdaptIQ the Landing Site will be set by default in the Dashboard Page, dependent on your user permissions setting. The Dashboard Page offers a comprehensive overview of all important readings that may require immediate attention. |
The Movements page is the core of AdaptIQ application, it's where fuel movements can be tracked. A movement can be either a delivery, a dispense or a transfer and it is always bound to a particular site. Deliveries help to track input of fuel into tanks; dispenses record consumption of fuel by equipment; and transfers keep track of movement of fuel from one tank to another. In addition, this section provides access to Reconciliations and Supervisor Override Challenges. |
|
The Dockets page, it's where fuel dockets can be tracked to make it simple to filter and find dockets based on their source, carrier, supplier or destination. |
|
Storage page gives you a visual summary of the gauged tank levels across the site. Tank volume levels are achieved by installing tank gauges, this information is sent at regular intervals to AdaptIQ to give remote tanks volumes. Tank volumes will increase or decrease based on movement activity for each tank. In addition, this section provides access to tank graphs for a more detailed review of volume movements. |
|
The Equipment page is where you can manage /view all plant and equipment items that consume fuel and lubricants. Any equipment item you wish to dispense product to must be created and configured in the equipment list for authorisation at AdaptMACs in the field. |
|
The Reports page features the ability to transfer selected data and information into various reports that are required for running efficient operations. This is important for streamlining the process and eliminating potential errors. Users can generate reports for many different aspects of your site, such as; product usage, tank reconciliation, tank storage levels and many others. |
|
The Alerts page is where you can view different types of anomalies detected and recorded in the field and within AdaptIQ. This section provides access to two options. Alarms and Field Faults. Alerts are issued based on tank configurations and associated infrastructure and equipment settings. Dependent on permissions a user can view raised alarms and or subscribe to receive alarm notifications |
|
The Config page allows a user with Administrator rights to Configure or reconfigure any of the functions within the AdaptFMS system and is used for initial configuration of AdaptIQ. Not all Config options may be available, or your user account may not have access to all items. Access to Config is generally provided to System Administrators and Veridapt personnel. |
