1.1     Summary

The Quick Reference Guide is designed to help you navigate and understand the AdaptIQ software. The guide will offer a high-level view of the AdaptIQ software and provide a description of key elements that AdaptIQ has to offer.

The AdaptIQ Quick Reference Guide is a short summary of the AdaptIQ User Guide (Version 8.12.1).

2       Navigating Tools

This represents the navigating tools of the Storage page of AdaptIQ.

2.2     Tank Storage List View

3.1     Storage – Page Overview

Storage page gives you a visual summary of the gauged tank levels across the site. Tank volume levels are achieved by installing tank gauges, this information is sent at regular intervals to AdaptIQ to give remote tanks volumes.   Tank volumes will increase or decrease based on movement activity for each tank. In addition, this section provides access to tank graphs for a more detailed review of volume movements.

Ambient Volume (Blue Dots):

Blue line represents storage levels. Usually from a tank gauge.

Gauged Transactions appear as a green vertical bar with GT label

Reconciliation Adjustments appear as a red vertical line with Rec label.

Note: For ideal operation these two lines should be aligned, big gap between the lines shows a problem that needs further investigation.

6

Click on Ambient , or Calculated legend under the graph to show/hide the selected line

7

Select an area on the graph to zoom in for more details The first time you zoom in it will adjust the time frame. Continuing to Zoom in with zoom in on the time and volume axis.

The operational graph lines, the blue tank gauge and orange calculated lines should match. A gap between the lines indicates a variance that needs further investigation ie, a missed delivery or dispense or variance to a fuel movement.
