Why is my tank offline on the storage page?

AdaptIQ is set up by Veridapt so that each tank receives volume data from AdaptMACs asociated with the tanks. 

When tank shows up as offline, that could be 2 things:

1) Tank volume detected is higher than tank capacity

2) Power/network connection lost to AdaptMAC

If the tank volume is incorrect:

-Correct the tank capacity on AdaptIQ. 
This will fix the offline issue within 10 minutes.

If AdaptMAC has lost power/network connection:.

Please check the power supply and network connection.

Contact appropriate on-site personal who is responsible for power/network maintenance. 

 

Confirm the fix by pinging the IP address of the AdaptMAC.

What if the power/network is working well and tank details are correct but AdaptMAC is still showing up as offline?

This can happen for various reasons such as CPU failure.
