How to generate custom dispense report? (Scheduling unavailable)
Scheduled reports can be set up on the report page on AdaptIQ.
However, reports that requires non-standard filters such as fuel usage per cost centre, field users, flow rates etc. are considered custom dispense report and can only be obtained manually.
1) Go to Movement then click dispense
2) Click Select columns then pick the required filter(s). In this example, Cost Centre has been chosen.
3) Data can be filtered by clicking on to filters such as date range, group, category etc.
4) Click export current columns which will start the download of data.
